Accreditation

Based on the percentage representation of the obtained grades (Annex 2), the Director of the Agency will, based on Article 199 of the Law on Health Care and Article 18 of the Rulebook on Accreditation of Health Institutions, Other Legal Entities and Private Practices, issue a decision on accreditation:

Dragana Milić PR laboratory for medical biochemistry AQUALAB 8, Kneginje Zorke 25-27
Gordana Dakić PR laboratory for microbiology AQUALAB 49, Laboratorija za mikrobiologiju u Kneginje Zorke 30
Zdravko Kosjerina’s PR laboratory for pathohistology AQUALAB 32, Laboratorija za patohistologiju sa citologijom u Vojvode Milenka 32

for a period of seven years.

According to Article 18 of the Rulebook on Accreditation of Health Institutions, Other Legal Entities and Private Practices (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 56/19), the Agency issues a decision on accreditation, if the criteria related to patient safety were not evaluated in the external assessment with a score of less than 4.
